When you use Plander.ai, we may collect:

• Your name and email address (when you join our waitlist or sign up)

• Your Google Calendar data (if you choose to connect your account)

• Usage data like clicks, time spent, and actions within the app

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Break down your goals into tasks

• Sync and display your Google Calendar events

• Help you manage your schedule and adjust when plans change

• Improve our product and user experience

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Google Calendar Integration

Plander.ai offers integration with Google Calendar to enhance your planning experience.

When you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we request the following permission from Google:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — This scope allows Plander.ai to view and manage your calendar events.

We use this access to:

• View your calendar events: To integrate your existing schedule with your plans in Plander.ai

• Add and update events: To create or modify events based on your planning activities within the app

Plander.ai does not store your Google Calendar data on our servers. All interactions occur directly through the Google Calendar API. We do not access or use any other data from your Google Calendar.

We do not use any Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Our AI features operate solely on non-Google data to help users structure their tasks and schedules.

By integrating with Google Calendar, Plander.ai complies with Google’s API Services User Data Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

You can revoke access to your Google Calendar at any time by visiting your Google Account settings.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Plander.ai does not share, sell, or transfer your personal data or your Google Calendar data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

We may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers solely to operate and improve Plander.ai. These may include:

• Cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform)

• Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics)

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.

5. AI Usage and Google Data

Plander.ai uses artificial intelligence to break down user goals into manageable tasks and suggest scheduling improvements.

This AI does not access, process, or learn from any Google Workspace data, including Google Calendar data.

Google user data is not used in any capacity to train, fine-tune, or improve machine learning models. All AI processing is performed using pre-trained models and does not rely on user-specific Google data.

6. Data Security

We protect your data using encryption, secure servers, and best practices. While no system can guarantee complete security, we take all reasonable measures to safeguard your information.

7. Your Choices

You can:

• Disconnect your Google Calendar at any time

• Request to delete your account and associated data by contacting us

• Opt out of marketing emails

8. Children’s Privacy

Plander.ai is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. If we make changes, we’ll post the new version here with an updated date.
